Production Materials Business Integration Planner | BAE SYSTEMS Controls | Fort Wayne, IN

This position supports customer needs by managing the order to
remittance cycle for assigned programs and components. The role is
empowered to integrate, execute, and satisfy customer requirements
through effective use of the lean enterprise including the ERP system.
Examples of specific responsibilities are as follows: Maintain MRP
configuration control for bills of materials and component masters.
Coordinate with shop operations, program management, quality, sourcing
and engineering as necessary to develop and implement master production
schedules to support customer needs. Develop and execute inventory
plans and shop material flow plans. Develop and maintain good customer
relationships. Provide and maintain product output commitments and
resolve schedule/program issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Manufacturing experience.
- BS degree or equivalent experience.
- MRP/ERP knowledge.
- Computer skills. Familiarity with spreadsheets/databases, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Production material planning/scheduling experience.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques.
- Customer relations experience.
- Electronics assembly product knowledge.
- BS degree in industrial, electrical or mechanical engineering.
